A while ago, with the hectic rhythm of life, I had had, my mind started to think all sorts of things, crazy ones mostly but that would make a positive change in my life. When your mind cannot stop thinking what the future holds for you, what do you do? Do you take actions towards getting what you want?

Since moving back to the United Kingdom, from my 4 weeks trip abroad to explore Europe, I have reached one important conclusion: taking the action of going abroad and see the reality with my own eyes have taught me that nobody will ever reach your goals by you but only YOU!
When you feel the need for a change, actions are to be taken by you, whatever that is. Obviously, if you finally decide to do it all sorts of challenges and difficulties will come along with it, for instance, my relationship with the man I still love failed along with financial issues. But I got to meet wonderful people, got to know interesting towns and landmarks along with seeing the snow for the first time! Yes! the first time with 30 years old!

What thoughts have I had? Right?
You know when you have touched ground, you know what I mean? you come out of an experience feeling that you somehow have grown into the person you always wanted to be, free, confident and determined are the key words to define how I feel now.
To start with, when you have thoughts of trying, let’s say new sports, meeting new people, going on day trips or simply start just being more sociable are signs that you need a change, a change for good, a change to start being the “real YOU”.
Don’t take those thoughts for granted or ignore them, instead take “actions” to fulfill those desires, perhaps you have always wanted to write a novel, start learning a new language or going to a new country that has something attracting you, why wouldn’t you make yourself happy by pursuing those desires that come in the sort of thoughts?
There is no reason to feel stuck and if you do feel stuck, my advice is “take action”, not because you think or believe you will attract what is that you are craving for but because is only by “actions” that anything will start happening.
